I’ve been using this unit in my car and, overall, I’m very happy with both the device and the customer support.
The unit itself is a great upgrade and works well. I did experience a few technical issues during installation and troubleshooting, including a dim screen and intermittent touchscreen behavior. Some of these issues ultimately turned out to be related to connections/installation rather than the unit itself.
One area that could be improved is the installation documentation. I would have appreciated a more detailed installation guide, especially around wiring, connectors, and troubleshooting common issues. That said, everything was manageable, and with some patience and help from customer support, I was able to work through it.
What really stands out is the customer support. The support team was extremely responsive, patient, and willing to work through every issue with me. They provided troubleshooting steps and continued helping even when the problem was difficult to reproduce and eventually appeared to be caused by a loose connector.
As someone who likes to troubleshoot things myself, I especially appreciated that they were willing to discuss the technical details instead of just providing generic responses. Communication was quick, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
A good product is important, but good support is even more important when dealing with aftermarket electronics. Based on my experience, the quality of the customer support gives me a lot of confidence in the product.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it. Better installation documentation would make the experience even better, but the product itself and the excellent after-sales support deserve high marks.
