OVERVIEW

This website is operated by 4x4shop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 4x4shop. 4x4shop offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SHIPPING & IMPORT FEES

We have two major warehouses: one in Markham, Ontario, Canada, and one in Hong Kong, China. Orders are shipped based on availability from either location.

Customers are fully responsible for any import/customs duties, taxes, or regulations imposed by their country. These charges are non-refundable and not subject to appeal with us.

RETURNS & RESTOCKING FEES

Returns are only accepted for items in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

Customers must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any items.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and returns are not accepted:

  • Android Tesla-style screens
  • Ambient lights
  • Mini Android screens
  • Dual screens
  • All Carbon fiber accessories

SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS & WARRANTY VOID

Customers are responsible for any damage to the unit caused by rooting the Android software or performing unauthorized firmware updates without the permission of 4x4 Shop Canada technicians.

Any of these actions will void the warranty of the unit.

FORCE MAJEURE

4x4 Shop Canada shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, shipping restrictions, government regulations, pandemics, labor strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes related to purchases, services, or policies shall be governed by the laws of Canada. Customers agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
