Shipping & Import Fees

We are pleased to share that most of our orders are now shipped from our main warehouse in Markham, Ontario, Canada, as international import tariffs have normalized.

We also operate a secondary warehouse in Hong Kong, and depending on stock availability, some orders may still be fulfilled from there.

Please note that import/customs duties, taxes, and regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are non-refundable.
