ANDROID UNITS WARRANTY:
All Android Head units come with 1 year manufacture limited warranty. Warranty will be void if the unit is to be rooted or modified in anyway. 4x4shop is not responsible for any applications/apps that do not come originally with the unit that may cause any sort of damage to the unit. Any firmware updates or software/hardware/firmware modifications or tampering with the screws on the unit or that hold the unit together will void the warranty of the unit, unless directed and provided by 4x4shop directly.
Warranty & technical support is not transferable, only applicable to the original purchaser. Original warranty for head units, navigation screens, headrest screens , interfaces videos and Dash cams is 1 year manufacture warranty from the date of purchase. “Backup cameras” have only 30 days warranty from the date of purchase. Each warranty work is subject to a service fee of $79.99 CAD for local customers and $39.99 US for online sales outside Canada. To return a unit for warranty work, “Client” has to cover the shipping cost to our repair center and we will cover the shipping cost back to “Client”.
4X4Shop strives to provide the fastest, cheapest and easiest way to ship the units around the world for the customers. For international customers as well as in some cases North American customers we may need to ship out the units from our remote shipping warehouse in Hong Kong, biggest reason for this is in some cases some countries have different import/export procedures and requirements for electronic units, from as little as small batteries within the units to bigger things like international brand name issues. Rest assured, you are not buying from some by night trader, we are in Canada, Toronto, and we do still do ship majority of units from our Toronto store and warehouse.
As all the items on our website are all designed and modified by our professional engineers “All Sales are final” and “no return” accepted in any circumstances, by accepting the Disclaimer during purchase our units, Customer is agreed to our warranty and policies. Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report that said damage within 24hrs via e-mail to email@example.com. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your order number. Once the unit is “installed” in the vehicle is not returnable in any circumstances unless for warranty works and approved by our certified technician.
MISTAKE OR WRONG UNIT PURCHASE/ORDER:
Any purchase of a wrong unit, configuration or as a result of buyers mistake is a sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer has 15 days from receiving the tracking number to contact 4x4shop about the order. Exchange may only be accepted if the item/unit is still in original packaging, original condition, and has not been tampered or attempted to be installed, with ALL contents of the box are still sealed and in original condition as it was shipped to the buyer. All return shipping costs are a responsibility of the buyer. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive RMA number. Shipping instructions will be provided with RMA issue, if shipping instructions are not followed as per instructions the shipment will be refused. 4x4shop is not responsible for any costs/damages during return shipping.
Any item returned without authorization will be refused. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Please pack merchandise in its original packaging with UPS and Bar Codes intact and include all original contents and factory packed accessories along with a picture of the unit before packing as well as of the package it self. All defective products must be approved by our support team before we can process your exchange. Once it is verified/approved of what you claimed was accurate, we will gladly process your replacement order.
Any item that has physical damage WILL NOT be covered under warranty and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Physically damaged units could be repaired at by 4x4Shop for a fee which is to be determined upon contacting customer service and explaining and providing pictures of all the damage to the agent, all possible details must be presented in order for the agent to assess the damage/situation in order to provide you a quote for the repairs. The cost to ship the unit to 4x4Shop is sole responsibility of the buyer/sender. Shipping instructions will be provided with Repair Merchandise Authorization issue, if shipping instructions are not followed as per instructions the shipment will be refused. Physical damage includes but not limited to damage caused by heat, fire, cold, moisture, hitting, squeezing, bending, damaged cables, plugs and pins, damage during installing or removing the unit, tampering with seals, removing/tampering with screws, opening/inspecting the insides of the unit.
ITEM DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING:
While most shipments go smoothly, accidents do happen and some items may be lost or damaged during shipment. Buyers should open package immediately when item arrives, take pictures of the product if there is any damage, and contact us right away. Should there be any problem, we will then file a package lost or damage claim and process another shipment to replace or exchange of the lost or broken unit. This process will usually take approximately 5-7 days.
As all sales are final buyers are responsible for a 25%-%30 Restocking fee plus any return shipping costs due to wrong order placed or placing an order by mistake. All exchange items must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and with no signs of being installed or mounted, cuts or scratches. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. Any return item without an RMA#, with missing or damaged original contents, products with false claims of damage or working condition, or products that are not properly packaged are subject to up to 25%-30% restocking fee. Excessive wear and tear or damaged packaging may increase these restocking fees.
CUSTOMS TAX AND FEES:
The price on our website does not include customs tax and duties and any other government fees uncured as a result of the purchase. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not purchase to avoid problems. The custom duties and taxes are charged by your government/customs.
