Our tech support team hours are Eastern time 11 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday and Saturdays 11 AM to 3 PM.

Do I need to pay custom duties? ( for customers outside Canada )

The price on our website does not include custom taxes and fees. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility. buyer should pay it by himself, if you do not agree, please do not buy to avoid troubles . The custom duties are charged by importing countries. Though we can not control this, we will help you to declare a lower value at customs. Therefore, most of our customers do not need to pay custom duties or just pay few. If you have special requirements for declared value, please explain to us when you place orders.
